Refund policy

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH DENTAL RITE IF YOU THINK THERE IS A CHANCE YOU MIGHT CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

Dental Rite aims to provide the best customer service and finished goods in the industry. 

1. Return Period

Please do not order without careful consideration. Keep in mind that our products are delicately handmade to the highest standards and take many days to finish. If there are any manufacturing defects to your (or your patients') products, Dental Rite reserves the right to remake the product. 

All sales are final after 24-hours of receipt of the finished product and Dental Rite reserves the right to address each timely return claim on a case-by-case basis, pending review of the order details and specifications.

2. Refunds or Exchanges

Dental Rite creates custom products only. Absolutely no refund or exchange on custom products unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Cancellation

Once ordered, Dental Rite begins the order-fulfillment and manufacturing process for your custom grillz/crowns. If you decide to cancel your order prior to us beginning the manufacturing process, you will be entitled to the return of 25% - 50% of the total purchase price, depending on the extent of work that has been performed. As each piece is custom made, Dental Rite reserves the right to determine the return payment amount on a case-by-case basis. If the grillz/crowns are being manufactured or are already completed, you will not receive a refund on your purchase. This clause applies if you are buying grillz/crowns for yourself or another recipient (your patient). Again, please order with careful consideration.

4. Defective products

Dental Rite is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.

If nevertheless you receive a product that seems to be damaged, you may return it to Dental Rite. Upon receipt of your grillz/crowns, Dental Rite may classify the returned product as a defective product. If this is the case, Dental Rite has the opportunity to fix/repair the damaged/defective grillz/crowns and return to you, while covering the cost of all repairs and shipping. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective. All damages and concerns must be presented to the Dental Rite team, via email, within 24 hours of when you receive your grillz/crowns. 

If your product is declared as defective by Dental Rite, the following solutions will be proposed to the customer, as applicable:

  1. Dental Rite may send you the same product, or
  2. Dental Rite may propose an exchange for another Dental Rite creation of equivalent or higher value, in which case the initial price will be deducted and you will be required to pay only the difference


Method of Payment:

If you are granted a refund by a Dental Rite representative, it is our policy to only issue refunded funds to the original method of payment. This means, Dental Rite will only issue refunded funds to the card in which the original purchase was made. Please be advised that Dental Rite does not issue refunds to any other individual/business, a different card, nor any third-party payment method (this is not limited to, but includes: Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, CashApp, etc).
