Shipping policy

After we receive your patients' scans and you approve the design, it will take us 8-10 business days for us to manufacture your grillz/gold crowns. Please allow an extra 3 business days for and diamond setting or customizations.

If you are located in California, shipping is 1-2 business days. If you are located anywhere else in the United States shipping may take 3-5 business days. We do offer expedited shipping services. You are responsible to pay all shipping fees. Dental Rite is only responsible for making sure the currier receives the package (properly addressed). If there are delayed, lost, or stolen packages; this is not Dental Rite's responsibility and you do not have authority to cancel the order. All shipments will require the package to be fully insured for the replacement cost of the item ordered. If a package is lost or stolen, Dental Rite has the right to file an insurance claim and remake the order. 

Dental Rite will send you tracking information for your order. All orders will be shipped, with insurance, via UPS and USPS (unless otherwise requested). 

International Shipping: All International orders will require extra time for shipping. International shipping is more expensive. You will be required to cover the extra shipping costs and any fees/import taxes associated with your order.
